This process isn’t just about finding a pretty house: it’s about finding your house. The one that fits you, speaks your language, and makes you feel like you’ve arrived.

Analysis of your needs
Once we’ve spoken, I thoroughly analyze your preferences, lifestyle, and priorities. With that foundation clear, I’ll work with you to define the search strategy: type of property, areas of interest, must-have features, and details that make a difference (outdoor spaces, views, accessibility, orientation…). 

Defining the Approach
Once I understand what you’re looking for, I’ll create a concrete action plan. This is where my local expertise comes into play: I’ll filter the market, avoid time-wasters, and select only the properties that truly match what you’re looking for. You’ll only need to choose between options that already meet your expectations. No stress, no surprises.

How do I filter the best options for you? Here’s the process I follow to ensure that:

After analyzing all available options, I select only those that truly match your needs and prepare a personalized dossier that includes:
Key details: location, size, layout, number of rooms, condition, price, associated costs, and more.
Pros and cons: an honest assessment of each property, highlighting not only its strengths but also the aspects you should consider.
Direct links and references: direct links, images, documents, and any other relevant information.

This list will be your map: it will allow you to easily decide which properties you want me to visit on your behalf in the next phase.
This way, we optimize your time and focus only on the options that truly have potential for you.

Property Visits & Evaluation

I review the market daily, including specialized portals, off-market properties, and professional networks to locate the best opportunities. I carry out an initial online screening based on the parameters we’ve defined and create a list with the options that truly have potential. For each one, you’ll receive a summary with its features, pros and cons, and why I believe it could be a good fit for you.
Then comes the part you’ll enjoy most: personalized viewings.

On-site visits done for you, as if you were here
You’re not in Málaga, but that won’t be a problem. I visit each preselected property and provide a complete and honest dossier:
📹 Detailed video tours (not just the pretty corners)
📸 Realistic and current photos
📐 Floor plans and layouts, if available
📝 A report with my professional assessment, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and key considerations

Thanks to this, you’ll be able to make decisions with the confidence of having “been there,” even from hundreds (or thousands) of kilometers away.

Property Value Assessment
Seeing whether a home is pretty is easy. Assessing whether it’s worth the asking price is another story.
That’s why I analyze each property in depth, comparing it to similar homes in the area, studying its context, legal standing, orientation, condition, potential for appreciation, and current demand. I’ll clearly tell you whether the price is fair, if it can be negotiated, or if — honestly — it’s better to keep looking.

Because my priority is not to sell you a house. It’s to help you buy the right one.
