I carry out an initial online screening based on the parameters we’ve defined and create a list with the options that truly have potential. For each one, you’ll receive a summary with its features, pros and cons, and why I believe it could be a good fit for you.
Then comes the part you’ll enjoy most: personalized viewings.

You’re not in Málaga, but that won’t be a problem. I visit each preselected property and provide a complete and honest dossier:

Property Value Assessment
Seeing whether a home is pretty is easy. Assessing whether it’s worth the asking price is another story.
That’s why I analyze each property in depth, comparing it to similar homes in the area, studying its context, legal standing, orientation, condition, potential for appreciation, and current demand. I’ll clearly tell you whether the price is fair, if it can be negotiated, or if — honestly — it’s better to keep looking.
Because my priority is not to sell you a house. It’s to help you buy the right one.
